Anna Engel

Anna conducts workshops using the Six Thinking Hats® in creativity, communication and conflict resolution. Anna act as a business partner who implements different thinking tools to companies and non-governmental organizations, improving communication and decision-making processes. Anna also works with managers and entrepreneurs, including their team management competencies as a DISC business consultant. Anna is a lecturer at Banking College and the University in Gdańsk. As a tutor, she supports her students in developing their talents, during their individual development processes.
